Fat Fighters diet and exercise class to include a weekly weigh in, nutritional advice and an exercise class to aid weight loss.

A note to all the men/boys out there.  Dancing is a great skill to have and it takes a lot of strength on your part to lead and even bigger strength on a ladies/girls part to follow.  It teaches you to respect your partner and to always put her first.

It is great exercise and a skill that will stay with you for life.

So come along and give it a go.  Every woman/girl wants to dance even more so with a man/boy that can lead her around the floor effortlessly.
